This year's combined OTH/OEC Refreshers will be hosted by Snow Summit but at Bear Mountain due to the mountain bike activity.

Make-up OEC Refreshers – 9/27 – Cahuilla Park, Claremont and 10/17 Snow Valley

OTH Refresher – Saturday 10/24 Bear Mtn

• 7:30 Registration/8:00 Start time – Upper Deck outside Ice House Sport Shop
• CPR written (see attached updated AHA CPR guidelines), Chair Evacuation, Risk Management, Investigation Guidelines & NSP Registration
  – Bring CPR card, heavy gloves & gear for chair evac (if you have it – otherwise it will be provided), credit card/check/cash for registration
• Bring raffle gifts in morning – will be collected at base of stairs on way up to deck for registration

Banquet – Saturday 10/24 Bear Mtn

• 6:00 Beer & Wine reception (cocktails available for purchase) / Awards start 7:00 / Dinner starts 7:30
• Spouses welcome / casual attire

OEC Refresher – Sunday 10/25 Bear Mtn (instructors report @ 7:00)

• All staff report at 7:30 for registration / 8:00 refresher starts (Hill Safety staff meets John in patrol room) – bring OEC technician card to be signed off
• Patrollers MUST have OEC Cycle B workbook completed NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry

• Have vest/jacket fully stocked
• CPR refresher will be done up in Trappers
