In a typical year, we would have a day dedicated to getting refreshed on Big Bear Mountain Resorts (BBMR) policies, procedures & activities. This year we’re going remote, and have developed an online training session(s) to accommodate these activities.
Shiftboard Schedules will be opening 11/5/2020 @ 0900 HRS – Watch for additional communication. However, in order to be activated in shiftboard we are asking all patrollers to complete this training by Sunday evening 11/1/2020. We cannot enable you in shiftboard until your assigned advisor marks your assignments as complete. Just one of the requirements we have from BBRM management to allow us to patrol on the mountain.
Each member of the team that is planning to be on the mountain this year will have to go through each of the courses and pass the quiz at the end with at least an 80%. Here are the course we have defined so far:
